These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website (libertytreeservice.com), phone, email, and text messaging communications, and tree care and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Liberty Tree Service (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting an estimate, scheduling a job, contacting us, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Liberty Tree Service provides tree care, tree removal, trimming, pruning, land/vegetation clearing, and related landscaping services to residential, commercial, and municipal clients in the Round Rock/Austin, Texas area. Services are provided based on estimates, scope of work, and scheduling agreed to at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at our discretion, including for safety, access, or payment-related reasons.
Estimates are based on the information and property access provided at the time of the estimate and may be adjusted if actual site conditions differ. Scheduled appointments may be affected by weather, equipment availability, or safety conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible; repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
Payment is due according to the terms stated on your estimate or invoice, processed through our invoicing/payment platform. Late payments may be subject to fees or collection action as permitted by law. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems; payment data is handled by our third-party payment processor.
By providing your mobile phone number to us — including by requesting a quote, scheduling service, or texting our business line — you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Liberty Tree Service related to:
Appointment confirmations and reminders; Quotes and estimates; Invoices and payment reminders; Job status and service updates; and Follow-up communications related to services you’ve requested.
Message types and frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, active jobs will generate more messages than inactive accounts). Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt back in.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
